October Empowerment Vibes✨

I am ready for colder weather, can you tell?

October in Tulsa was one of my favorite things. Fall in Oklahoma is gorgeous, and there is Oktoberfest. I didn’t realize how lucky I was to have the largest Oktoberfest in my town every year until I moved out of state. Denver does have Oktoberfest, but they have the events in August and September. It makes no sense to me because the name October is in the name of the festival. It tells you when to host it! 😁

Aside from festivals with food trucks showcasing German traditions October means Breast Cancer Awareness.

This month Call Your Sister will focus on empowerment and community this month. I am participating in the 2024 Komen Colorado MORE THAN PINK Walk. I participated last year, and it was an empowering and life changing event. The first Whiskey & Talk (10/5) Via and I discuss Breast Cancer Awareness, self care and how they both go hand in hand.
