It’s that annual time, sis! 🎊

This is the beautiful time of year when I share why I love this season. It’s Fall, ya’ll! (I couldn’t resist πŸ˜‚.)

Isn’t Fall a landscape of colors and cozy adventures? We are packing up the espadrilles and sun hats and trading them for knee-high boots and beanies. We’re getting cozy, going to sports events, and roasting marshmallows.

How can you not like this season? 🍁

If you feel indifferent about Fall, let me change your mind with this post. Some of these “fave things” may be repeats if you’ve been in the sisterhood a while, but I added a few new ones. πŸ˜‰

3….2…1…

Football Baby!

  • Football season is back in mid-August/September, but I feel that you know how teams are doing by October. I love football, and cheering for my favorite team tops the list for loving Fall.

The Drinks β˜•οΈ

  • Two words. Apple. Cider. It’s cooler, which means warmer drinks. In the Fall I make a big batch of apple cider in the crock pot, and the whole house smells of apples, cloves, and cinnamon. Mmm, delish. The recipe is below if you want to try it out.

Boot ME

  • I love shoes, and I especially love this season because I can wear my boots. I have several pairs. Short, tall, fur, flat. They all get attention. I can stay warm and look cute; perfection.

Crunch πŸ‚

  • Fall leaves! The crunch on the pavement. The way the leaves swirl around in a mini tornado effect. The colors of the trees changing, matching the orange-yellow sunsets. I crunch leaves everywhere I go. It’s fun for me. I am a kid at heart.

Hoodies/Beanies

  • Throwing on a hoodie and a matching beanie. It keeps you warm, and who doesn’t look good in a beanie? I have about 5.

Bake-off!

  • During the summery months, I bake less, but baking is my favorite self-care. Baking is the same. Same process, never changes. You may add more ingredients or spin it in your unique way, but it’s the same process. I can pour love (chocolate) and creativity (sprinkles) and end up with a delicious treat. Mm. Who wants a cupcake? 🧁

Did you like anything Fall-related I mentioned? What would you add to your list? Leave me a comment below πŸ‘‡ and ….

Remember, you can always call your sister! 🫢🏽
