Day 8!
How is everyone feeling? ❤️ I have a morning routine I follow every day and today I kept pushing my meditative affirmations further and further in the day.
I took five minutes to clear my mind and say my meditative affirmations. I think it helped me to have a better perspective of getting through the muck of my day. At first my gratitude was going to be laughter. Laughter is much needed in tense times to give a release. While this is very true, today’s gratitude feels better being affirmations.
My affirmations have gotten me through bad times and are there when I need a pep talk. What is your morning ritual? Do you have a favorite affirmation?
