Today is day one of the Gratitude Event! I have been looking forward to this event! I feel like each time I practice gratitude and being introspective I come away with more knowledge about myself. The best learning of all!
Today was hard. Work has been stressful and today was really no different. I tried to focus on the good things. Looking at my day as a whole I am grateful for comfort. When I was feeling manic earlier, I comforted myself with music, and my favorite beanie. Breathing in and out comforted me by helping my body find peace. Thank you for comfort.
