I am at the end of my rope with the insane idea of New Year’s resolutions. ๐ŸŽ‰๐ŸŽ‰

Several decades ago, it was a novel idea.

Let’s get together collectively and decide to add another layer of pressure with resolutions. We survived Thanksgiving, barely made it through Christmas, and now let’s add unrealistic expectations to the pile.

I applaud everyone who is committed to starting the New Year with focus. ๐Ÿ‘

My problem is those who make the same resolution and three weeks later have lost focus.

Are you fasting 21 days every January 1st, but nothing has changed?

Hmm. ๐Ÿค”

Have you tried the newest diet again? But have no self-control when dessert is served.

Have you promised to eat healthier, be more supportive, and have more patience, only to be the same next month?

I’m not perfect.

Your struggles are my struggles.

Let’s join our hearts โ™ฅ๏ธ and be better.

If we aren’t changing, growing, and learning, how can our legacy be better?

If we are truly queens, we can’t hide our crowns. ๐Ÿ‘‘
