As I got older, and my children were born, I created an atmosphere where feelings were recognized not exploited. I was determined to find a better way. I see my success in my children’s relationships and how they navigate the sticky parts.

WHAT IF I AM THE TOXIC ONE?

Do any of the toxic traits apply to you? Recognize your behavior, and become self-aware.

Do some self-reflection and look at relationships where you are toxic.

What are more effective ways to communicate? Is therapy an option?

Being born this way is no excuse.
